Live Online Weekly Classes via Zoom

Join Becky live and in-person from the comfort of your own home with live streaming yoga classes via Zoom

All Zoom classes are recorded and, as a bonus, you also have the option to receive the replay with access for 7 days after each class to use as often as you like for those 7 days. Zoom classes are a great way to practice with me even if you are away from home or out of town

MONDAY

6:30-7:30 pm

All levels class. Mondays are better than ever with this evening yoga class that has emphasis on unwinding, stretching, breath and alignment.  Uplifting, centering and grounding affirmations are used at the beginning of class.  Great for beginning and continuing students. 

WEDNESDAY

6:30-7:30 pm

All levels class.  In this mid-week evening class, we will cover all the bases and focus on unwinding, stretching, strengthening, aligning and healing the body. Uplifting, centering and grounding affirmations are sprinkled in at the beginning of class.  Great for beginning and continuing students.

SATURDAY

10:00-11:00 am

All levels class. Energizing morning yoga class with focus on stretching, strengthening, toning and refreshing the body.  On Saturdays we explore a little bit of yoga philosophy and we dip our toes into the thinking side of yoga at the beginning of class.  Great for beginning and continuing students.

Zoom Instructions:

Not sure how to work Zoom?  It might sound complicated but once you’ve done it, it’s actually quite easy!  Zoom is free to use, you do not have to sign up for an actual Zoom account to join a class. You will need to download either the phone app or install the Zoom application on your computer. You can download Zoom as an application for your device from the Zoom website at https://zoom.us/download.  Once you have downloaded the application, you will simply click on the Zoom link that I will email to you for class.  

Once you click on the Zoom link to join the class, it is important that you join the class WITH AUDIO so that you can hear us and we can hear you.  After class starts, I put everyone on MUTE so there is no outside noise to disturb the class.  After class, we discuss the poses and I answer any questions anyone has so please take yourself off MUTE if you want to join in on the conversation.

When you join the Zoom class, you have the option of having your CAMERA on or off.  If you want me to see you so that I can correct your posture or your yoga poses then keep your camera on.  If not, keep it off.

Once you have joined the class, make sure at the top right-hand corner you click into Speaker View, so that when a person is speaking, they are highlighted and will show up big on your screen.
