SATURDAY
10:00-11:00 am
All levels class. Energizing morning yoga class with focus on stretching, strengthening, toning and refreshing the body. On Saturdays we explore a little bit of yoga philosophy and we dip our toes into the thinking side of yoga at the beginning of class. Great for beginning and continuing students.
