MONDAY

6:30-7:30 pm

All levels class. Evening yoga class with emphasis on unwinding, stretching, breath and alignment. Great for beginning and continuing students. 
 

WEDNESDAY

9:00-10:00 am

Level 2 class. Intermediate yoga postures in a supportive and encouraging environment. Intended for the student who has practiced yoga before and has an understanding of basic yoga poses. Also good for the student who wants to build on their current yoga practice and take their practice to the next level.

SATURDAY

10:00-11:15 am

All levels class. Energizing morning yoga class with focus on stretching, strengthening, toning and refreshing the body. Great for beginning and continuing students.

Semi-Private Classes

at Private Home in Central Tucson. Contact Becky for availability

TUESDAY

9:00-10:00 am

Limited to 5 students. In this morning class, we focus on opening, stretching, strengthening, aligning and healing the body.  Uplifting, centering and grounding affirmations are used at the beginning of class.

WEDNESDAY

6:30-7:30 pm

Limited to 6 students. In this evening class, we focus on unwinding, stretching, strengthening, aligning and healing the body. Elements of yoga philosophy and self-realization are sprinkled in at the beginning of class.
