Private yoga lessons are helpful for many different reasons. Maybe you’re new to yoga and you’d like to learn more before you attend a group class. Maybe you are experienced at yoga and you’d like to deepen your practice and take it to the next level. Maybe you have some limitations or injuries that you’d like to work on with healing focus yoga. Maybe you prefer to stay out of the crowded yoga studio and have classes that are geared to your personal goals. I can help you with all of these! Have you noticed you are not as strong as you used to be? Are you seeing muscle loss? Want a more toned body? Yoga can help! Yoga builds strength and stamina in the body. Using your own body weight, yoga helps keep your bones and joints healthy and your muscles toned. Yoga also helps to increase your mental strength.

Is your balance not what it used to be? Do you want to prevent slips and falls? Do you want to feel more steady and stable? Yoga to the rescue! Yoga helps with alignment and balance. Yoga helps build confidence. This is important as we age to prevent slips and falls. Yoga also helps to increase your mental balance.
one 90-minute session: $90
Includes a body assessment to learn where imbalances and strengths are in your body, discussion of your current needs and goals, a one-on-one yoga session designed to help you move toward your goals, and customized homework so you can continue on your own at home.
Three sessions: $240
Includes a 90-minute initial session as outlined above followed by two 60-minute sessions. This package also includes customized homework, follow-up after homework, 1 customized yoga sequence specially designed for you to practice on your own at home, email coaching and support from me plus 2 yoga blocks. Three sessions must be used within 4 weeks.
Six sessions: $420
Includes a 90-minute initial session as outlined above followed by five 60-minute sessions. This package also includes customized homework, follow-up after homework, 2 customized yoga sequences specially designed for you which target different needs or goals for you to practice on your own at home, email coaching and support from me, plus 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap. Six sessions must be used within 8 weeks.
