Private yoga lessons are helpful for many different reasons. Maybe you’re new to yoga and you’d like to learn more before you attend a group class. Maybe you are experienced at yoga and you’d like to deepen your practice and take it to the next level. Maybe you have some limitations or injuries that you’d like to work on with healing focus yoga. one 90-minute session: $90
Includes a body assessment to learn where imbalances and strengths are in your body, discussion of your current needs and goals, a one-on-one yoga session designed to help you move toward your goals, and customized homework so you can continue on your own at home.
Three sessions: $255
Includes a 90-minute initial session as outlined above followed by two 60-minute sessions. This package also includes customized homework, follow-up after homework, 1 customized yoga sequence specially designed for you to practice on your own at home, email coaching support from Becky and 2 yoga blocks. Three sessions must be used within 4 weeks.
Six sessions: $450
Includes a 90-minute initial session as outlined above followed by five 60-minute sessions. This package also includes customized homework, follow-up after homework, 2 customized yoga sequences specially designed for you which target different needs or goals for you to practice on your own at home, email coaching support from Becky, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap. Six sessions must be used within 8 weeks.
